Returns & Exchanges

At Elemnt.lab we want you to feel 100% confident in what you’re wearing. If the vibe isn't quite right or the fit isn't perfect, we’re here to help you get it sorted.

The Basics

  • Window: You’ve got 7 days from the date of delivery to kick off an exchange.

  • Condition: Keep it fresh. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

  • Proof: Please have your original receipt or order confirmation handy.

📏 Size Issues?

We’ve all been there—sometimes the fit just isn't what you expected. If you need a different size, we’ll happily exchange it for you to make sure you’re looking your best.

Damages & Mishaps

Give your gear a quick look as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or you got the wrong item, hit us up immediately. We’ll prioritize getting it fixed.

Note: We currently cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items. All discounted purchases are final.


How to Start an Exchange

Ready to swap? Just reach out via one of the channels below with your order number and the details of the item you're looking to exchange:

The Logistics

  1. Shipping: Customers cover the return shipping costs (unless we messed up and sent a defective/incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable service—we can’t exchange what doesn’t arrive!

  2. Processing: Once your return hits our studio, we’ll inspect it and get your new item sent out.

  3. Availability: Exchanges depend on what we have in stock. If your requested size or style is sold out, we’ll hook you up with store credit instead.
